L’etichetta “Fast Drying” (o “Asciugatura Rapida”) indica che il tessuto del capo è progettato per asciugarsi più velocemente rispetto ai materiali tradizionali.
What do these symbols mean?
L'etichetta Oeko-Tex® viene assegnata dopo una perizia tecnica del file, un audit del processo di fabbricazione e numerosi test di controllo. Garantisce che nel prodotto non sono presenti inquinanti tossici o sostanze cancerogene nocive,e dunque questo lo rende sicuro per il consumatore.
La certificazione Organic Content Standard (OCS) Blended si applica a tutti i prodotti non alimentari contenenti dal 5 al 100% di materiale organico e verifica la presenza e la quantità di materiale organico nel prodotto finito. Inoltre, l’OCS segue il flusso di una materia prima dalla sua fonte al prodotto finale. Questo processo viene poi certificato da un ente terzo accreditato.
Si consiglia di lavare il prodotto a 30° in lavatrice per preservare le stampe ed i ricami realizzati oltre al prodotto in sé.
L'etichetta indica un prodotto composto interamente dalla medesima fibra, in questo caso cotone ovvero un prodotto traspirante e leggero.
Lo standard GRS è una certificazione completa che non solo garantisce il contenuto di materiale riciclato del prodotto (minimo: 20%) ma assicura anche una produzione sostenibile, l'assenza di sostanze chimiche nocive e condizioni di lavoro etiche.
L’etichetta “Recycle” (o “Recycled”) nell’abbigliamento indica che il capo è realizzato, in tutto o in parte, con materiali riciclati. Questo aiuta a ridurre l’impatto ambientale, limitando rifiuti e il consumo di risorse naturali.
Il cotone organico in conversione è una soluzione intermedia tra il cotone convenzionale e quello biologico. In pratica, si tratta di un tipo di cotone coltivato senza l'utilizzo di pesticidi e fertilizzanti chimici, ma che ancora non ha ottenuto la certificazione biologica.
