Please note that orders from non-EU countries may incur additional customs duties based on local regulations, while all orders from the EU are exempt from additional customs duties. All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Italy. We do our best to process and ship your order as quickly as possible, usually 1-2 business days (internal processing time). During holidays shipping times may be slightly longer. If your order was placed over the weekend or on a public holiday, we will start processing it the next business day.
We work with the best shipping partners around the world to provide the best service possible. AWG cannot be responsible for unexpected delays (e.g. strikes, customs procedures, etc.).
SHIPPING COSTS
Worldwide shipping is free for all orders over €49. If your order is over €49, enter it and you will only pay for what you want to buy, without any additional costs for delivery: we will take care of everything.
For all orders under €49, shipping costs are as follows:
Italy - 5.00€
EU countries - €10.00
Other countries - €25.00
Orders from countries outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties according to local regulations.
Returns
We ensure for each single shipment the maximum care and attention in the control, assembly and packaging. Inside the site you will find clear information on the fit of our products and we are available to offer any further useful information through our contacts.
Try on your item in the comfort of your own home and, if you want to return it, you will have 14 days , pursuant to articles 52 and following of the Consumer Code, from the date of receipt of the order to exchange or return it. The cost of the return in case of change of mind is borne by the customer.
Shipping is free, however, on all replacements in case of defective or incorrect product, although customers outside the EU are responsible for taxes and duties.
Always ensure that your items are returned in new, unused condition, with the original tags and in the original packaging. Returns that do not comply with our policy will not be accepted and will not be refunded. Returns are only accepted on purchases made directly on awg-italy.com. Please contact our customer service team via email info@awg-italy .com if you have any other questions.
How to make a return
If your order is eligible for a free refund, follow these simple steps to return it:
Contact our Customer Service: if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase and want to return it, send an email to info @awg-italy.com specifying the order number, the items to return, the reason and the return method (delivery to a collection point or courier collection at the selected address) specifying the best date for you. Our customer service will be happy to arrange your collection by providing you with the return label to print by email and communicating the collection day.
Return Packaging: Prepare the package with the original packaging received, with the product or products you wish to return inside. Apply the return label to the outside of the box, remembering to remove the original shipping label.
Handing over products to the courier or to an access point: make sure that the package is ready and that someone is present at the requested address for the courier to collect it on the indicated day. If you have requested the return method via a collection point, go in person to the nearest collection point and hand over the package.
Return Confirmation and Refund: After receiving your return, we will check the quality of the product(s) to ensure that it complies with our return policy. If so, we will refund you using the same payment method used for purchase.
If you wish to return the product in cases not covered by the warranty, write to us at info@awg-italy.com and we will provide you with all the useful information.
How much does the return cost?
If the return falls within the cases of free refund (defective or incorrect) the customer will not have to bear any costs. In case of change of mind, however, the customer will bear the shipping cost to AWG-Italy.
When will I receive my refund?
AWG-Italy will verify the quality of the returned product and will issue the refund only if it meets the conditions of the return policy. Returns are accepted only for purchases made directly on monobistudio.com. You will receive the refund, within 14 days of the request, through the same payment method used for the original purchase.
If your order was shipped to a destination within the European Union, all sales taxes will be refunded. Outside the European Union, customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable. However, you may be able to recover them by contacting your local customs office directly.
Please note that refund times may vary between different payment providers.
